CUSTOM BUILD INFORMATION
THE PROCESS
First a phone consultation will take place about your desired build.
We will discuses a rough estimate for prices and a start date for your build. After a date is set for us to arrive at your location a contract will be signed with a $1,000 USD non-refundable deposit that can be made via venmo, paypal, zelle, or cashapp about 30-60 days before we arrive. A deposit is required in order to reserve your build date. No financing is available however credit cards can be used via PayPal.

After a deposit is made to reserve your build date we will work together to make your perfect design and speak to you about needs for your build.
After collecting a detailed list of essential items you require in your custom build a in depth estimated purchase list will be sent to you.
Once we agree on the total cost of your build, products will be mailed to your choice of location. That way, when we get there a large portion of products needed will be ready for the build.

On the day we arrive a partial payment of your build cost will be due in order for us to finish purchasing products at your local hardware store.
THE COST
The cost of your build is dependent on how luxurious and the type of accommodations you want and the size of your vehicle.
For smaller van/small buses styles, costs may start around $50,000- $80,000 including products and labor.
For extended vans/full size bus builds, costs may be in the $65,000-$100,000 range.

Keep in mind we are traveling across the country in our bus with our dog to build you a home. We expect reasonable accommodates on where the location of your build will take place like a drive way, land, backyard, ect. For example, we will need water to test your pluming, electricity for tools, a place for trash, and preferable shade to work in. If you cannot provide these accommodates don't be discouraged. Reach out to us and we'll work out other options.
TIME LENGTH
The time length of your build is dependent on many factors. Simple builds can take as little as 3 weeks while more advance builds may take up to 14 weeks. We will stay on or near your location in our bus during the entire build working at least 50-60 hours a week on your build. Most builds can be completed in under 2 month.
